The customer is a smart pet products brand based in Germany, mainly selling mid-to-high-end smart pet devices for the European and North American markets. In order to meet the trend of "less attendance" in modern family pets, they plan to develop an integrated pet feeder with regular rationing, automatic sealing and intelligent control, which is mainly suitable for dry food for cats and dogs. The core goal is to ensure the freshness of the grain, prevent moisture and insects, and achieve stable discharge.
1.Low noise requirements: pet owners have high requirements for the comfort of the home environment, and the feeder needs to run quietly to avoid disturbing the pet or family members.
2.High precision of quantitative control: the amount of meals must be accurate to avoid too much or too little to cause pet diet disorders.
3.Adaptability to humid environment: Feeders are mostly placed in the kitchen or corner, and the motor is required to have good moisture-proof sealing.
4.High torque and low speed output: It is used to drive the screw discharge system, which requires high torque to run smoothly and avoid material jamming, grain jumping and other phenomena.

After the motor is delivered, a 12-month warranty period is provided, and overseas customers can choose DHL/FedEx to send samples quickly
In the batch stage of the follow-up project, special needs such as customized shaft shape, wiring harness length, and clutch installation are supported
