BG Motor:Brushless stator installation technology

We have repeated experience and sufficient know-how in the installation of stators for brushless motors.

First of all, a large number of brushless motor stator materials are used as the basis.

Brushless stator winding is carried out.

Subsequently, the brushless stator with the copper wire wound will be subjected to a comprehensive test of semi-finished products.

Fully tested stator welded Hall sensor.

The stator part of the brushless motor is partially installed, and it can be assembled and packaged.

Hall sensors are sensitive and fragile electronic components. So be careful when installing.

1. To prevent static electricity from damaging Hall devices, the electric soldering iron used in soldering must be grounded, and the operator needs to wear an anti-static bracelet in the dry season.

2. The soldering time should be less than 3 seconds, and the soldering point should be more than 3mm away from the root of the Hall device pin.
