When Bogong Motor is producing the assembly line of shaded pole motors, there are three production processes:

Step 1: ｉｎｓｅｒｔ the insulating paper through the machine designator

Step 2: Put the insulator on the manually given piece

Step 3: After installing the winding tooling, put it into the machine, and the winding machine will wind the wire according to the specific number of turns

Before winding, the stator will be installed with an insulating board and insulating paper to play a role in the safety of insulation and power cut-off.

It is worth noting that our insulating panels are used with S class and high safety

The copper wire wound by the stator also has a high insulation grade.

Under normal circumstances, 155° insulated wire is used, of course, for high heat resistance requirements, you can carefully contact our engineers for customization. 

In general, the higher the heat resistance rating, the higher the cost, but it is not too different.
