BG Motor:Shaded pole motor winding process

First, the workers place the materials on the instrument.

Then the winding machine runs at high speed to wind the coil.

Uniformly placed in the box，then put them neatly in place.

The following skills need to be paid attention to in the winding process of shaded pole motor:

• The winding direction should be correct. When winding, the winding direction should be determined according to the polarity of the magnet to ensure that the coil is installed correctly.

• The winding density should be uniform. During the winding process, the coil density should be kept uniform, not too tight or too loose, otherwise the performance of the motor will be affected.

• The number of winding layers should be uniform. When winding, the number of layers of the coil should be arranged according to the requirements, and the uneven number of layers will lead to unbalanced motor torque.

• Pay attention to insulation when winding. When winding, the coil needs to be insulated after winding to ensure the safety and reliability of the motor.
