The customer in this project is a mid-to-high-end kitchen appliance manufacturer focused on OEM/ODM air fryer production for international markets, including retail chains and cross-border e-commerce platforms. The customer required a stable, cost-effective, low-noise, long-life AC motor solution with high reliability for continuous operation in high-temperature environments.
BG Motor (Ningbo BG Motor Co., Ltd.) was selected as the motor solution provider to develop a dedicated fan motor system based on a 61mm shaded pole motor platform for the new-generation air fryer product line.
