With the improvement of the market's requirements for electric drying racks in terms of quietness, high torque, precise control, service life, etc., the customer was looking for a tubular motor with small size, strong output, long life and flexible installation for the upcoming new high-end smart hanger.
1.Space constraints: The space in the inner cavity of the hanger crossbar is very limited, which requires the motor to be compact in structure and the length to be controlled within a strict range.
2.High load requirements: The drying rack needs to carry up to 35kg of wet laundry, which requires the motor to have a high starting torque and stable operation ability.
3.Low operating noise: As an indoor smart home product, the customer required the operating noise to be less than 45dB to ensure a comfortable use experience.
4.Life and safety: The continuous lifting life of the motor is required to be no less than 10,000 times, and it has the functions of temperature rise protection and overload protection.
Compact and perfectly integrated into the hanger crossbar
BG Motor optimized the diameter and length of the motor according to the crossbar cavity drawings provided by the customer, and finally customized a tubular motor with a diameter of 45mm and a length of no more than 180mm, ensuring seamless embedded installation without changing the customer's original structure.
High torque output to meet the needs of heavy-duty lifting
In order to meet the running stability of the drying rack when it is fully loaded (up to 35kg), we adopt a high reduction ratio planetary gear system, and increase the starting torque in the winding design, so that the motor still has strong starting ability and continuous output stability under low voltage, and effectively avoid jamming and starting failure.
Low-noise operation optimizes user experience
The internal selection of high-precision gears and special grease, combined with the shock absorption structure design, makes the no-load operation noise controlled below 42dB, far lower than the industry average standard, to meet the expectations of home users for a quiet experience.
Precise control, support intelligent linkage
The motor has a built-in Hall sensor, which realizes the feedback of the motor position signal, which is convenient for linkage control with the customer's APP control system and remote control module, and can realize intelligent functions such as precise stopping, slow start, and slow stop
Long life and safety protection are equally important
In terms of material and structure, wear-resistant gears, long-life bearings and high-temperature coils are adopted, and the design life of the whole machine reaches more than 10,000 lifting cycles. At the same time, the motor integrates overload protection and temperature rise protection functions to ensure that the motor will automatically power off under high load or abnormal conditions to ensure user safety.
